Prince Amuzu - Member

Mr. Amuzu was appointed to the board of the Derma Community Bank PLC in the Ahafo Region in 2023. Prince Amuzu holds an MPhil. Accounting Degree from the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrpreneurial Development, Kumasi, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Education Degree in Accountancy from the University of Education, Kumasi.

He is a Deputy Director with the Ghana Education Service and currently the Assistant Headmaster (Domestic) for Derma Community Senior High School, Derma in the Ahafo Region. He once taught Cost Accounting and Financial Accounting at the Presbyterian Senior High School at Bechem from 2008 to 2024 in the Ahafo Region.

He was the Financial Secretary for the Student’s Representative Council of the University of Education Winneba (Kumasi Campus) from 2006 to 2007 and the Treasurer of the University Students Association of Ghana from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Amuzu was a member of the GNAT National Budget Committee from 2013 to 2017. He was a member of the GNAT National Finance Committee from 2013 to 2017 and Brong Ahafo Regional GNAT Finance Committee from 2013 to 2017.

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Peace and Governance, Texas USA.Mr. Prince Amuzu was a trustee to the Teachers’ Fund Board between January 2018 and December 2025 representing Brong Ahafo GNAT. He currently serves as a board member for CML a subsidiary of Teachers Fund.

Mr. Amuzu is member of the institute of Directors – Ghana. He is currently the GNAT District Chairman for the Tano District in the Bono Ahafo Region.
